Seriously though, having easy access to cake, cookie, or biscuit mix in a fashion that extends its normal shelf life significantly. I will be using this thoughout the year ( revacuusealing it and reporting on it’s freshness and stability. I was concerned about the powder being sucked into the hose but this did not happen in my attempts of over 10 jars of multiple types of mixes 🙂 Oh happy day 🙂 I made one experimental cupcake – just in the name of science of course and I can report that cupcake number one on launch day was a big success 😉
